The Need-to-Know Before You Go

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

 

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots open one (1) hour before the scheduled gate time. If you plan to park at the venue, you will need to purchase one parking pass per vehicle. Parking options start at $20 per vehicle for general parking if purchased online in advance. Parking passes starting at $25 can also be purchased with a credit card on the day of the show.

• To upgrade your night with easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Use the Rideshare Gate 2A, located just north of the intersection of Boden/146th Street. Let our police and parking staff know you're dropping off/picking up and they'll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show. For taxis and rideshare, please use the Rideshare Gate 2A. 

 

WHEN YOU GET HERE

MOBILE ENTRY

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free). 

 

BOX OFFICE
Open on show days starting at 12pm and every Friday 12-5pm once the season starts. 

 

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the north and south plazas. For some events, you’ll find extra booths in the east and west plazas.

 

DESIGNATED DRIVERS
Are you the responsible fan tonight? The Jack Daniels’ designated driver program has you covered. Pick up a wristband from guest services and you can enjoy a complimentary 16oz fountain soda or water at our North and South Grills. 

 

RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout Ruoff Music Center.

 

CAMPING
Stay on-site and be closer to the action. Head to our CAMPING SITE to find out which shows you can camp for, and reserve your spot. 

 

TAILGATING 
Yes, you can hang out with your friends before the show. Once the gates open, you’ll be asked to head inside the venue.

 

WATER 
Up to one (1) 1-gallon or smaller in a factory sealed or empty, clear/transparent, bottle per person. Empty reusable bottles permitted. Frozen water bottles and flavored water are not permitted. 

 

YETI HYDRATION STATIONS
Refill your bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations in the north and south plazas. Join YETI and Live Nation's efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated.
