The Need-to-Know Before You Go

The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots open an hour before the scheduled gate time. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Use the Rideshare Gate 2A, located just north of the intersection of Boden/146th Street. Let our police and parking staff know you're dropping off/picking up and they'll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show. For taxis and rideshare, please use the Rideshare Gate 2A. 

WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs. 

MOBILE ENTRY

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free). 

BOX OFFICE
Open on show days from 12pm and every Friday 12-6pm. 

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the north and south plazas. For some events, you’ll find extra booths in the east and west plazas.

DESIGNATED DRIVERS
Are you the responsible fan tonight? The Jack Daniels’ designated driver program has you covered. Pick up a wristband from guest services and you can enjoy a complimentary 16oz fountain soda or water at our North and South Grills. 

RECYCLING - You’ll find recycling bins throughout Ruoff Music Center.

CAMPING
Stay on-site and be closer to the action. Head to our CAMPING SITE to find out which shows you can camp for, and reserve your spot. 

TAILGATING
Yes, you can hang out with your friends before the show. Once the gates open, you’ll be asked to head inside the venue.

WATER 
Up to (2) two 1-gallon or smaller in a factory sealed or empty, clear/transparent, bottle per person. Empty reusable bottles permitted. Frozen water bottles and flavored water are not permitted.
